At Williams & Daily our team and office culture is of utmost importance to us, so when we bring on a new hire, it's kind of a big deal. In order to better serve and support our customers and growing practice, our office has grown by quite a few staff members over the past several months. We decided to have a little fun (it's what we do here!) and poll our newest employees, in an effort for everyone to get to know them. We're excited to announce our latest members of the "dream team," who were such good sports in the process!

Where did you grow up?
Spencer, NC
What’s your favorite food?
I’m a foodie so it’s too hard to pick just one! But my favs are Sushi, Mexican, Thai, and Italian.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy cooking, working outside on a spring day, spending time with my hubby, and snuggling our 3 dogs.
What is the one thing people say about YOU most often?
I make them laugh with my fun-loving and quirky personality.
What’s your SUPERPOWER?
Intuition.
What is your big wish, idealistic or otherwise?
Happiness. I just want to end up and retire back at the ocean and walk the beach with my toes in the sand everyday.
If you could CHANGE THE WORLD in ONE WAY, what would it be?
Stop senseless violence.
Your most sinful, decadent, guilty pleasure?
Indulging in chocolate or fresh baked bread with melted butter!
How do you chill?
With a cool drink in hand on a warm summer day, preferably at the ocean with my toes in the sand.

Bread - all kinds of bread!
What do you do when you’re not working?
My husband and I like to take trips to see family, go to the beach, go to the mountains, go to concerts, we just like to do things!
What is the one thing people say about YOU most often?
That I have a very southern accent.
What’s your SUPERPOWER?
I feel that I can relate to others pretty well!
What is your big wish, idealistic or otherwise?
I want to travel the world, learn about other cultures, try new things...just get to know this world we live in.
If you could CHANGE THE WORLD in ONE WAY, what would it be?
I would make sure every child had a loving home to grow up in.
Tell us one thing that nobody knows about you.
I love ugly furniture. I have an ugly pink chair with a weird pattern in my living room. It is one of my favorite things I own.
Your most sinful, decadent, guilty pleasure?
Eating chocolate moose tracks ice cream while binge watching “Friends”
How do you chill?
Hang out at home with my husband and dogs.
What’s your greatest achievement?
Marrying my best friend.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned since joining this practice?
Teamwork! It makes everything better.
Do you have a secret talent? What is it?
I can wiggle my eyes! I can also make a pretty great tortellini soup (is that considered a talent? Haha).

A little bit of SOUTH CAROLINA, a little bit of IDAHO, and a little bit of NORTH CAROLINA.

Carribean food.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I LOVE to seek out events all over Raleigh!
What is the one thing people say about YOU most often?
I am HILARIOUS and very sweet.
What’s your SUPERPOWER?
I can cook almost anything without needing a recipe. I can just look at the ingredients one time and nail it!
What is your big wish, idealistic or otherwise?
I wish there was a reset button in life! I wish we could take all that we know in this moment based on what we’ve been through and start over in life at whatever time period we choose.
If you could CHANGE THE WORLD in ONE WAY, what would it be?
Every single individual would be on the same and highest level of awareness in every aspect. I feel if people were more aware of things including themselves, we would all do BETTER!

Public restrooms REALLY gross me out!
Your most sinful, decadent, guilty pleasure?
Hot sauce on Lays Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips.
How do you chill?
I grab my heating pad, put on cozy pajamas, watch a 1940s-1960s movie or tv show, and chow down on a bowl of fruit or a salty snack.
What’s your greatest achievement?
Surviving a nearly fatal labor and having a beautiful daughter.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned since joining this practice?
The ability to adapt to an ever-growing, ever-changing atmosphere.
Do you have a secret talent? What is it?
Modern dancing, anywhere from ballet to salsa!
