At Williams & Daily Dental, our team and office culture is of utmost importance to us, so when we bring on a new hire, it’s kind of a big deal. In order to better serve and support our customers and growing practice, our office has grown quite a bit by adding a few staff members over the past several months. We decided to have a little fun (it’s what we do here!) and polled our newest employees in an effort for everyone to get to know them. We’re excited to announce the second half of our latest members of the “dream team,” who were such good sports in the process!

I am blessed for what life has given me and keeps on giving me; the good and the bad. It’s been a beautiful learning experience that I would go through again if I had to.

My favorite thing about working at Williams and daily is the patients I get to interact with and meet on a daily. It’s so fulfilling meeting and building relationships with them!

Go to Greece for an entire year and just explore, learn the language, and culture

If I could change the world I would make it illegal to cut people off on the road to help with relieving stress, tension, and frustration. Making it a better world for those all around us!

I love designing spaces! Interior designing is my thing!

What's the best thing about working at William's & Daily Dental?
I love getting to know our wonderful long-time & newer patients I have met along the way. It is great to be in an office where patients have been a part of the “dental family” for years and years! The care patients receive here contribute greatly to the fact that they come back year after year. It has truly been a blessing to become part of the W&D family.

“You don’t sound like you are from NC” - But that is because my parents are from upstate NY. They came South after too many years of tunneling through snow to get out of the house!

For everyone to treat others as they want to be treated. I think it could solve a lot of problems!

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned since joining this practice?
I feel that the most important thing I have learned from the practice is the importance of teamwork. This is a larger office, but EVERYONE contributes to make sure things run smoothly and that our patients have the best experience possible.
Do you have a secret talent? What is it?
I love making floral arrangements in my spare time. So it is not really secret, but a talent I am happy to share!

The care and consideration Dr. Williams shows for his patients truly inspires me to be a better worker. It is nice to be part of an office that cares so much about the comfort and needs of our patients.

I am new to the Raleigh area, and I am loving every minute of it!
