Frequently Asked Questions

What will insurance cover for implants?

That is a great question! Insurance coverage varies depending on the insurance company and plan offered. That being said, after your free consultation we are happy to request our insurance coordinator to ask your insurance company for a pre-treatment estimate. This means will let your insurance company know the exact dental codes we plan to use for your treatment, and the insurance company will let you and us know what they estimate they will cover for each part of your treatment.

Do you guys take insurance?

We are out of network with all insurance companies, but we file insurance as a courtesy to our patients! Being out of network allows our practice/doctors to provide more service without restrictions from your insurance carrier. We will file your insurance claim within 48 hours of your visit (although typically sooner) and you can expect to be reimbursed directly from your insurance company within 7-21 days from your date of service.

Do you accept medicaid or medicare?

Yes, we are able to file medicare PPO plans! We do not file medicaid or medicare-HMO plans; however, we offer dental implants at half the average market rate in our area. We do have other options to help you financially if you do decide to come to our office. We are partnered with CareCredit, and they offer no interest for up to 24 months! You can apply directly on their website at www.carecredit.com.

What are the prices of your cleanings?

The price of a hygiene visit will vary depending on a few things such as whether you are due for x-rays (we recommend them yearly), and how recent your last cleaning was. A typical new patient visit is approximately 2 hours, and includes: a comprehensive exam, x-rays and hygiene evaluation. If the hygienist and dentist determine you are eligible for a prophylaxis (regular cleaning) this can usually be completed the same day. Pricing typically ranges from $100-$500 for the first visit depending on the services & care that you personally need. Our clinical team will provide you with in depth information regarding care and cost during your visit. They will go over treatment and cost prior to treating as well.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, our practice is partnered with CareCredit. CareCredit offers plans with no interest up to 24 months for services over $200. Applying is easy, and you can apply directly on their website at www.carecredit.com. We also offer a 3% discount for services paid in full with cash or check on the day of treatment.
