OUR DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Our team of highly trained Dental Assistants are experts in the delivery of your dental care. Their experience allows them to prepare treatment rooms with proper instrumentation, materials and advanced technology.
They enter treatment plans as recommended by the dentist, document examinations and procedure notes as well as coordinate scheduling of future appointments. They carefully guide and comfort each patient during their care while assisting the dentist to ensure a smooth procedure. Their goal is to care for you, to facilitate appointments, to help educate about treatment needs and to ensure your appointment and results are successful and as simple as possible.
OUR CLINICAL DENTAL HYGIENISTS
Your oral health is the top priority of our Registered Dental Hygienists. Our hygienists will take the time to get to know you at each visit and discuss your oral health goals. They will guide you through your appointment with a comfortable and positive focus to provide an enjoyable experience. As necessary, they will collect digital x-ray images to examine your dental health beyond the visual surface.
They examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis, periodontitis and dental decay. They will provide you with a thorough examination including an oral cancer screening using advanced screening devices. Through continued education they are also highly trained to conduct periodontal screenings, identify and treat disease processes through the latest research and technologies. Our hygienists also work closely with the dentist to provide you with treatment recommendations specifically catered to your dental needs.
OUR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS
Our Business Administrators will welcome you with a smile either on the phone or as you walk into our office for each visit. They will provide you with convenient appointment times, assist you with additional financing options and schedule future visits. They work closely with your clinical team to create a plan specifically for you.
They are knowledgeable of all procedures and technology which allows streamlined communication between our clinical and administrative teams. They will assist you with researching insurance, and will promptly file your claims. Our team is always here for you. They will walk you through your appointments, listen to any concerns to ensure your dental experience is as pleasant as possible and handle any of your requests with sincere kindness and the utmost professionalism.

“Today I came in for what I hoped would be a quick fix. Yeah not so much, however: Caitlin and Dr Craig were so amazing. I cannot handle dental work well at all due to childhood trauma with a horrible dentist. ( Yeah I’m old) But these two were amazing and patient, gentle and so compassionate.
